ExempServ provides a range of services to assist their clients improve standards of Governance, Compliance, Financial reporting, Financial accounting and Operational reporting. These services include:

1. Financial Advisory Services – Dedicated professional(s) aligned with the Client’s Program Director(s) to bridge between program needs and Financial accounting based on clearly defined service deliverables and accountability.  The services can range from budgeting, internal control, supporting management/leadership group with financial evaluation and analysis to support with fund raising. 
2. Financial Accounting Services – Structured approach to maintaining books of accounts from defining/maintaining chart of accounts, daily transaction recording to the right project/donor/location, statutory deductions and month close and reporting.  Key differentiator – Rigour of monthly closure of books along with management reporting at a project/donor/location to facilitate decision making in a proactive manner.
3. Compliance and Reporting – Build a process driven approach to management, governance and compliance
   1. Compliance Services – One time mapping exercise to identify all applicable legislation along with the adherence timelines based on the states where the organisation operates from.  Institutionalising the rigour of tracking compliance against each of them in a pictorial depiction.  This will help enhancing the credibility and trust with the Donors and Board of trustees.  The governance around compliance rigour will strengthen the bond between the organisation and stakeholder.  ExempServ’s platform will integrate reporting to primary accounting structure such that all information will flow from the books directly.
   2. Reporting Services – Instil and manage the rigour of monthly reporting to Management, Donor reporting including Budget vs Actual (Month, YTD, LTD) and Variance analysis.  Sample templates:
